MIG/MAG Robotic Welding Cell

MIG/MAG Robotic Welding Cell

Presentation:

The MIG/MAG Robotic Welding Cell is an educational and industrial system that allows users to discover and practice robotic MIG/MAG welding.

Cell composition:

The system includes a CR10A 6-axis collaborative robot from DOBOT.
With a nominal load of 10 kg and a range of 1300 mm, this robot can fully cover the supplied 1200x800 mm welding table.

The selected GYS welding machine is a Neopulse 320C, capable of delivering a current of up to 320A for welding various materials such as steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and copper.
GYS synergic curves and has a wire feeder, making it completely autonomous.

The welding functions are natively integrated by DOBOT, as is the GYS welding machine, making the whole system simple and reliable.

The cell consists of a robust mechanically welded frame and secure casing that channels welding fumes through a dedicated extraction pipe.
The transparent windows are tinted in accordance with the DIN EN ISO25980 standard to protect against UV radiation.

Key features:

  • Understand the different operating modes of a 6-axis collaborative robot.
  • Create trajectories on the fly through learning and/or predefined programs
  • Make adjustments and settings on the robot and the welding station
  • Carry out welding projects on parts intended for series production
