Cobot & Vision Station "Staubli TX2-40"

This system includes a STAUBLI TX2-40 6-axis robot (2.3 kg payload - 515 mm radius) with its controller and color touchscreen panel. The system is completely safe (collaborative robot) and can be used to perform practical activities based on collaborative industrial robotics.

The system can be used to implement:

• Pick-and-place activities
• 2D vision sorting of parts of 4 different shapes
• 2D vision tracking on a conveyor belt
• The use of different horizontal and diagonal "bases".

The safety laser scanners and project parts enable the development of a comprehensive educational approach to robotics and vision.

This Robotics system, designed with the Industry of the Future (Industry 4.0) in mind, meets the main requirements for intelligent and evolving production methods:

• Scalability & Flexibility with the possibility of assigning the station to different uses within the workshop
