Presentation:

Industrial educational palletizing system. Can be used alone or in conjunction with other Ermaflex mini-factory systems, for example downstream of the Polyprod (multi-format dosing/capping unit) and the Regroupement (cartoning unit).

Intended primarily for system operation/control and industrial maintenance activities.

The functions of the Robotic Palletizing Unit are:

  • Convey cartons/trays to the robot's pick-up station
  • Read the RFID tags on the cartons/trays to associate them with the correct pallet
  • Fill the pallets with cartons/trays according to the palletizing plan (operation performed by the robot)
  • Position a cardboard divider between each layer of cartons on the pallets (operation performed by the robot)

This product comes with a technical and educational file in digital format including:
