(Proximity to Networks Intervention Authorization)
Virtual Construct combines a hardware environment incorporating the latest 3D technologies with training scenarios designed in collaboration with expert trainers in the field.
This training cell is ideal for acquiring, consolidating, and evaluating professional skills. It is designed for initial training, continuing education, and corporate training programs.
The training modules have been developed alongside expert instructors and reference official standards. Our library of 3D scenarios is continuously expanding.
Virtual Construct incorporates the Vulcan environment, a real-time management platform for tracking skills and associated indicators. It enables student management, learning paths, and progress tracking, while seamlessly integrating with existing LMS and VLE environments.
The "AIPR" software module immerses learners in ultra-realistic construction site situations to build competencies in risk prevention, working near underground or overhead utilities, and applying emergency procedures (the 4A rule).
- Risk Awareness: Immersive experience raising awareness of hazards related to working near overhead and buried utilities.
- Analytical Methods: Learning how to identify utility networks (marking, staking, visual indicators), manage risk situations, and secure worksites using mandatory PPE and EPC equipment.
- Regulatory Compliance: Validating regulatory knowledge through incident scenarios (applying the 4A rule: Stop, Alert, Secure, Welcome) managed by the instructor via the Vulcan platform.
Free Mode: Navigate an unsecured worksite to experience network-related hazards firsthand (impact scenarios featuring explosions or electrocution)
Guided Mode: Tutored risk analysis (visual cues, surface features, ground markings) with step-by-step instructions for methodical workstation securing
Assessment Mode: Autonomous validation of regulatory skills under specific emergency scenarios (4A procedure) without guidance
1) Network Identification (Visual Cues & Surface Features): Analyzing the nature and sensitivity of items on site using a laser pointer
2) Network Identification (Marking & Staking): Analyzing and measuring ground markings (using a tape measure, checking precision classes and depths)
3) Deep Trench Risks: Installing a sanitation network safely (PPE, trench shoring systems, slope gradient checks)
4) Shallow Trench Risks: Installing a sanitation network safely (PPE, soil support systems, plate compactor usage)
5) Earthmoving Risks: Underground power line installation (zone inspection, altimetry, hazard resolution)
6) Tool & Equipment Selection: Choosing appropriate tools and machinery for asphalt demolition, network clearing, or excavation
7) Emergency Procedures (4A Rule): Applying emergency reflexes following a water pipe burst, gas explosion, or high-voltage line contact
