The "SYMPACT" barrier is a system based on the actual barrier manufactured by "ERO INDUSTRIE," a specialist in the field of motorways and access control.
SYMPACT uses an innovative crank-connecting rod mechanism with angular stroke limitation, ensuring perfect symmetry of the connecting rod positions when opening or closing. It incorporates an energy storage spring and an original device that adapts the movement to reversibility depending on the context of use.
It is driven by an asynchronous motor controlled via a frequency converter, coupled with an angular position sensor on the barrier arm.
NET-Sym is an Ethernet kit designed for setting up a local network that allows remote and multi-station control and data acquisition for your SYMPACT automatic barrier.
Thanks to the HMI and the tutorial, it is possible to establish physical connections between devices, configure the network, establish the connection, etc.
This product is designed for studying the INPUT/OUTPUT law of the mechanism.
Rotation is performed manually and allows the angular positions of the motor shaft and the barrier shaft to be viewed on graduations.
