Presentation of the solar roller shutter:

The "VRS-500" is a real solar roller shutter mounted on a test frame with a measurement console and an acquisition interface connected to a PC.

With its integrated battery and solar panel, it operates without an external power source. Equipped with a microcontroller and a motor with a pulse sensor, it can distinguish between a blockage and a stop at the end stop.

The test frame allows load testing (e.g., snow) thanks to a pulley system that drives test weights.

Presentation of the "Sustainable Development" subsystem:

The "Sustainable Development" subsystem allows programming the management of temperature, light, heating, and ventilation sensors for a housing management project. All these components are connected to ARDUINO modules.

Presentation of the "Mechanism" subsystem:

The "MECHANISM" subsystem of the "VRS-500" solar roller shutter allows for an in-depth study of its mechanism.

It offers a detailed view of the essential mechanical components, including:

- Measurement of the phase angle between the fixed and moving bearings of the roller.- Access to the transmission gears. - Observation of the thermal insulation of the slats.

Measurement and acquisition interface on PC

- Voltage and current at the photovoltaic cell - Voltage at the battery

- Control voltage (M.L.I) and current at the gear motor

- Output signal from the Hall effect sensor of the blockage detection device
