HEMO-MIXER V2 - Automated blood sampling device

CPGE

Presentation:

HEMO-MIXER V2 is a real educational system based on the professional and SEQUENTIAL "HEMO-MIXER" automaton used in the healthcare sector.

This automated system automatically supervises blood collection by weighing and shaking the bags simultaneously.

It is a mechatronic instrumented product, controlled via a PC interface via USB. It manages sequential processing, cycles, faults, and corrects weighing disturbances using algorithms. The integrated National Instruments NI-USB-600x acquisition card allows all physical quantities of a complete cycle to be acquired. This new version allows the machine to be controlled by software such as LabView or MatLab via the NI-USB-600x card.

Configuration, control, and acquisition on PC

- Parameter adjustment

- System control

- Visualization of the operating status graph

- Viewing the weighing signal during sampling, actuator information, sensor status, etc.

- Acquisition of the weighing signal during sampling and information on the "plate agitation" and "tubular clamping" motors, etc.
