Presentation:

The "BGR-300" mechatronic assembly performs the main function of double-stage gyrostabilization of the "Euroflir" (TM) optronic ball used on aircraft.

The "Euroflir" augmented reality device projects an image of a gyrostabilized optronic ball mounted under the aircraft onto the pilot's helmet visor.

It maintains a stable line of sight relative to the ground, despite the helicopter's movements. Controlled by the pilot's helmet, the angle of view of the optics allows the digital image to be superimposed perfectly on his vision.

PC configuration, control, and acquisition

- Adjustment of servo parameters for each axis - Choice of gyrostabilization functions (single-stage, double-stage, and helmet control) - Visualization of control loops and synoptic physical quantities - Control without gyrostabilization (current, speed, position, and position profile control) - Acquisition of axis responses to conventional stresses References:
