Presentation:

The Welding & Metalworking Training Containers allow professional training courses to be deployed in different locations throughout the year, thanks to the mobility provided by the containers.

The training courses can therefore be held as close as possible to where they are needed, for example within an industrial construction project, but also in areas with populations that are far from traditional training centers.

Composition of a welding & metalworking training container:

- Two 40-foot containers fitted out with 14 boxes separated by metal partitions
- 2 boxes for reception/changing rooms (entrance and exit)
- 1 box for storage
- 11 boxes for student workstations, customized according to requirements:

•TIG/MIG/MAG/SAEE welding
•Augmented reality welding simulators (Soldamatic)
•Welding quality control
•Tube bending
•Sheet metal bending

The training equipment in the boxes can be supplied by ERM Automatismes, thanks to its agreements with recognized industrial manufacturers (GYS, Soldamatic, etc.). However, it is also possible to purchase the container without the training equipment and integrate the equipment usually used by trainers.

Technical features of the containers:

- Two fitted-out containers:

  • 40-foot steel containers
  • Steel floor
  • Insulation of container walls
  • Steel partitions
  • 1 removable ramp

- Safety:

  • 2 buttons to trigger evacuation of the container
  • 2 fire extinguishers
  • A fire alarm
  • A set of sensors to monitor the air in the container

- Gas distribution (argon, mison and, optionally, oxygen acetylene):

  • 2 pressure reduction stations
  • Reset and shut-off system

- Power supply:

  • Two 63A Hypra-type sockets and one socket to power each container
  • Two electrical panels (one per container)

- Technical ventilation:

  • One air inlet at each end of all containers

- Lighting:

  • 1 ambient lighting system

- Heating:

  • 2 convector heaters to prevent freezing inside the containers

Technical features of the Welding Boxes:

Each cabin is separated from the next by a metal wall, and the entrance to each cell is equipped with a UV and IR filter curtain.

Each box has:

  • Switch and lighting strip
  • Fume extraction system
  • Gas regulator plate
  • Electrical box
