ERMASMART in assembly mode

Learners will discover:

- the XYZ Cartesian Pick&Place (XY10)
- the collaborative capping & assembly robot (MI00/MR10)
- the collaborative 2D bulk unloading & assembly-screwing robot (ON10)

ERMASMART in packaging mode

Learners will discover:

- the collaborative 2D bulk unloading and assembly-screwing robot (ON10)
- the dosing robot (DX10)
- the collaborative capping and assembly robot (MI00/MR10)
- the Cartesian XYZ Pick&Place robot (XY10)

At each stage of the scenario, a short video and quiz introduce the machine, providing a better understanding of how the module works.

In these two scenarios, learners explore several gripping and safety technologies and must identify the function of each module in the assembly configuration. In a second step, they reassemble the ERMASMART line, this time in reverse order on the control side. Learners will have to identify components such as the cabinet, the glass jar, the HMI console, etc. for each of the modules. At the end, learners will have to select the incoming and outgoing materials for each station on the line.
