General information about virtual reality:

In recent years, virtual reality has been increasingly used in industry in a variety of ways.

1) Driving/piloting simulation: The best-known applications of virtual reality, driving simulation stations allow the end user's experiences to be validated by combining the physical and the virtual.

2) Optimization of industrial designs: Anticipating and preparing all operations related to the process and product during its life cycle: Virtual reality makes it possible to improve and validate mountability, and to anticipate and validate the feasibility of operations such as servicing or maintenance.

3) Ergonomic design of production workstations: Virtual models make it possible to anticipate musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs), accelerate the workstation design process, detect risks and malfunctions, and encourage teams to take ownership of their workstations.
