A training program to deploy the fundamentals of continuous improvement
The Mobile Learning Factory program supports training in continuous improvement through autonomous learning.
It consists of 7 modules:
- Safety: Participants develop skills in workplace safety, health, and individual responsibility.
- Basic concepts: Participants build an understanding of industrial system flows and Lean principles.
- 5S and visual management: Participants learn to understand and apply 5S and enhance visual management practices.
- The 7 wastes: Participants develop the ability to identify waste and propose improvements.
- Continuous improvement: Participants build skills in continuous improvement by designing, testing, and validating innovative solutions, methods, and products.
- The shim: Participants learn to apply a quality improvement process involving audits, identification of non-conformities, and proposal of corrective actions.
- Environment: Learners begin with an activity combining technical and behavioral aspects, developed by experts and change management coaches.
The program strengthens mastery of Lean tools and fosters behaviors that embed continuous improvement in daily practice.
- Identify a dysfunction or improvement opportunity in the work environment.
- Carry out simple improvement actions, individually or in teams, using Lean management tools and principles of safety and environmental responsibility.
- Share the improvement approach with the team.
The program develops knowledge, practical skills, and behavioral competencies necessary for effective implementation.
This option familiarizes teams with Industry 5.0 and the Factory of the Future by engaging them in an experiential learning approach. Experimentation through gamification helps participants move beyond traditional thinking and explore new methods.
Objectives:
- Experience a traditional Lean-inspired production model, then discover production enhanced by 5.0 technologies.
- Understand how traceability and digital technologies improve quality and enable the production of a wide variety of products, including single-unit batches.
- Engage in an experimental environment that fosters learning and innovation.
- Discover how advanced technologies enable the development of new skills for everyone.
