Presentation:

This unit offers an automated solution for restocking a medicine packaging machine. It connects to the power supply and is positioned directly on the packaging machine.

Once connected and commissioned, it enables the task of replenishing the drug packaging line to be automated up to 18 times.

Program implementation:

1. The first robot picks up a cap and places it on the pallet located on the packaging machine conveyor.
2. The second robot picks up the bottle and passes it to robot no. 1.
3. Robot No. 1 places the bottle on the pallet located on the packaging machine conveyor
4. Robot No. 2 takes the bottle filled and capped by the packaging machine and places it on the storage pallet in the loading area

The Co-Bot DUO cell can be used to perform activities related to the commissioning, maintenance, and improvement of a robotic cell.
