E-FabLab

Presentation:

E-Fablab allows you to set up a small prototyping line for CMS electronic cards.

Technical solutions covered:

- Create the diagram and routing for your electronic board,
- Generate the files to manufacture your PCB,
- Etch your PCB and then cover it,
- Use a screen printer to apply solder paste using a stencil (application mask)
- Configure and use an automatic Pick and Place machine to deposit SMD components
- Place the electronic board in a reflow oven,
- Check the wired electronic boards

Composition:

An SMD electronic board prototyping line:
- Screen printer,
- Automatic Pick and Place machine,
- Rail reflow oven: to be connected to an air extraction system or supplied with an air purifier to be connected to the outside (Ref. SPURIFICATEUR)
- Electronic board design software,
- Technical documentation and video tutorials on how to use the equipment provided
