Set of tools and consumables for CMS electronic repairs

This set consists of equipment found in an electronic after-sales service company specializing in CMS components.
It can be used to perform the following tasks:
• Confirm a fault diagnosis before intervention (visual confirmation, use of structural diagram, etc.)
• Choose the right component replacement process based on its type (dipole, IC, BGA, etc.) and its location on a board
• Use the appropriate protective equipment as needed to protect yourself and the board.
• Replace the defective component: desolder, prepare the board, replace the component
• Check the repair

Composition:

Micro-soldering:
• 1 SIMULFOCALE trinocular microscope with camera
• 2 Screens for inspection with the camera
• 1 Hot air soldering station
• 1 Soldering iron (0 to 400°C)
• 1 Desoldering/preheating station for motherboards and smartphones
• Heat-resistant silicone mat
• 1 DC voltage regulator

Safety:
• Antistatic mat for workstation
• Soldering fume extractors
• Antistatic wrist strap

Software:
• Software for viewing motherboard schematics and PCBs
