MES - Visual Instructions & Production Indicator Monitoring

Presentation:

Tulip is a web-based environment for creating applications on tablets and touch screens designed to digitize workstations.

The ErmaSmart and Ermaflex production lines are available with Tulip.

Use cases:

Visual work instructions: Guide operators using visual procedures instead of paper ones.

Training: Simplify and continuously improve training procedures.

Audit & Quality: Replace paper forms with applications using IoT tools (cameras, scales, etc.).

Machine Monitoring and Maintenance: Real-time acquisition of machine data during production.

Task tracking and visibility: Import work orders from an ERP (Odoo, etc.), program production indicators (OEE, MTBF, productivity rate, etc.) and display them on dashboards.
