Presentation :

The BETA Axis is the result of a real industrial system allowing to control, by Foucault current, the tubes of the steam generators in a nuclear power plant.

The learned BETA Axis reproduces part of this control system by positioning a camera in front of the tubes, which are marked by a perforated plate. This system uses a servo-control system.

The learned BETA Axis integrates an axis control board and a variable speed drive (myRIO control/command) and a piloting and simulation software offering a complete parameterization of the control law.
